WEIS KIRSCH CHERRY BRANDY 500ML

Kirsch is a traditional cherry brandy from Central Europe. The light but passionately floral drink is used in cooking but adds a heady fragrance of blossoms to drinks. It appears to be crystal clear and transparent. Weis Kirsch is made from well-known black cherries, which provide a concentrated, rich flavor. However, not only is the flesh of the cherries important but so are the stones. Kirsch gets its salty mineral notes from these, which elevates it above being just "another fruit spirit."
