V2Food acquires plant-based meal brand Soulara

Australian plant-based food manufacturer V2Food has acquired Soulara, a plant-based ready-made meals brand, to strengthen its position in the plant-based food category.

The purchase aims to expand V2Food’s portfolio and distribution reach beyond supermarkets and food services by directly delivering to consumers’ homes through its proprietary e-commerce channel.
